Damn, that sounds like the window people did NOT get the correct sashes for you in the end. I'm so sorry that it didn't work out. I hope that you at least were able to get something fixed or some sort of refund. Of course that still wouldn't fix the problem of bad windows. Here's wishing you luck in the end. In the meantime it sounds like you need to take a breather and relax. Calgon moment!
